    I did a quick check and found some directories with consistent PR on internal categories.

    http://www.joeant.com/
    http://www.romow.com/
    http://www.sightquest.com/
    These sites were taken from Best-Web-Directories.com's Top paid directory list.

    Other directories that have internal page PR include:
    http://www.dmoz.org General - Free
    http://www.web-directories.ws/ Directory of Directories - Free
    http://www.worldweb.com/ Travel - Free
    http://technorati.com/blogs/directory/ Blogs - Free

    Just a quick list. I am sure there are plenty more regional and niche directories. There are others that have PR in some of their internal categories.

    One of my directories www.cannylink.com is 13 years old and many but not all inside pages have pagerank. Home page is PR5 and some inside are PR4.
