    I am getting anywhere from 20 to 35 uniques per day.

    It is all google traffic. The traffic will increase if you article marketing, etc. Since, I started ranking for ' chair cushions ' the traffic has gone up considerably.

    With a little more SEO, you can get the website ranked on page 1 for ' chair cushions ' and increase the traffic and revenue by a lot.

    The minimum price I am accepting is $300. The website made $290 and with a little more SEO effort, I will be ranking for ' chair cushions ' and then the website would be making more than a $500 from Adsense alone. AND the domain is a PR 2.

    I cannot accept a $200 offer. $300 is the bare minimum.
