    There is no limit of Social Bookmarking you can use as many as you want . because Socail Bookmarking you will get more traffic to your sites.

    Seriously, you can have a target of atleast 50 bookmarking every alternate date, remember to bookmark your articles exactly after 24 hours of posting. Then if you want you can do cross bookmarking for those article as well as ping those bookmarks ;)

    There is nothing like you need to submit in these many bookmarking websites. You can submit to any number bookmarking websites you need. Have in mind you are submitting to quality bookmarking websites and see those are indexed by google.

    Mostly people say that there is no limit for bookmarking. I am agree with them. It is not call spamming. But limit the other link building techniques. Must be build link on forums, blogs, and Directory submission.

    As long as you have quality content and that you submit on authority and high PR sites.
