Well, that's for you to decide... make sure you set boundaries at the start though, especially if you're doing it for free as a favor... I've found some people would try and use me as their free personal IT guy which simply isn't sustainable (it won't be fun for long!)

if it is in forum discussion then we can share. if some one ask personally to teach the things via chat / im / mail then u can charge some fee for your time.

You can share the info because you're not going to loose anything. :)

    I have a say
    Knowledge is power
    Sharing is losing power

I don't like helping people if the guy knows things and we can have an educationa/good discussion i'm up for it .....

Right. If you think he/she really need you help, why bother? Just make sure, you set limitations. :)

You should always help the person, if you can help from your side. When you were a newbie in this field, you must have also been helped by someone. Thatz why do not expect anything in return, but just help and give your vast experienced knowledge by helping others. Believe me in this process you dont loose anything, but rather you would probably learn few more things :)

Look it's totally depends on you, if you feel happy to help anyone or it's your nature, then sure you will get calm to help others. You can see there are always two aspects of every thing, the main thing is which side you are observing and following.

If you don't want to help other freely and want to apply some charge over there, then it now also your decision.

So do the steps you feel happy. It's totally on you.

Yes - share as much as possible.
I leant a long time ago that it is very productive to share what you know - particularly when somebody asks.
That's how I fequently learn even more useful info.
Many gurus confirm the best way to earn online is by first giving away something of value for free.
You might well be surprised how many times that works in a way you don't expect - like the person you helped finding another customer for you!

I think you should help them within or outside the forum. You wouldn't lose anything trying to help them.

The question is quite deep. It really depends if you have the time and the expertise in the first place. Secondly boundaries has to be set with the person you help. Remember we all had to start somewhere at one point, and I needed people to explain things and strageties, I still ask!!!(I started very late in my life) and genuine people who needs help will get help from me, providing I can see the help I give is being used and they are learning how to do it. You never know if that person will become the next Bill Gates, or ERWIN CHIA!! But as soon as I realise the person is now really taking advantage I will shut the door

I'd just share as much as I'm comfortable with, chances are whatever you know, he'll eventually find from google anyway, there are no real big secrets in blogging. that's only what the gooorooos want you to believe...
