Just curious to know what do you think about registering a .edu.xx domain, does it worth to develop it (and increase it's PR) to improve yourself seo website and/or sell links? Being edu related, you have to create a very good edu fake website, otherwise I believe it's useless.. but... ... tell me your PRO and CONS? have fun p.s. of course .edu isn't possible to register.. but .edu.xx are... don't tell me its not possible
What's your end goal? Do you want to monetize and keep or would you like to build PR to sell it. Any way it may take a long time to make it valuable, but still any .edu should be a good asset depending on the niche.
Well, I'm not sure, if you build a good PR on there, I'm sure you can self-link your websites and help your ranking, as far as I know, edu links helps a lot... or, build PR and sell links (or sell the website itself but I'm not of this opinion), I prefer the first two options.
