Its great to see this much useful information. I believe there are hundreds of such niches available all around us. The only need here is just to explore them and capitalize upon them.
A couple unique suggestions here. But I just wanted to add, that "internet dating" is far from an "untapped" niche. It's highly competitive and you'll be competing against some HUGE PLAYERS. Otherwise, the other one's are kind of interesting
If you have a passion for something, you can be sure there are a few people among the 1.6 billion internet users in the world, that would have the same interest.
I found Pet Food is also profitable niche cos I have 5 stores selling Pet Food and they are all make 10k$ for total profit/month
I agree with this since if you have passion with something that you have in your mind as a chosen niche, everything will just come to your mind naturally.
