1. Enter your keyword in YouTube's search. 2. Find the videos with the highest number of views w/that keyword 3. Upload your video, copy tags from some of the most popular videos with your keywords and put them into your video's description box, under your link and description. 4. youtube is dead for little minnows like us. i personally would just manually do it, follow your target audience.
