Why delete files after 10 days without download?

today: 120GB deleted in my account !

 

They also deleted lots of files in my account!

Bitshare is DEAD to me.

 

No Server for upload avalaible at this moment!

Currently we prepare our site for a big grow, since we are getting every day thousands of new users and files.
We need or had many changes and are updating the site nearly every day.

Please dont forget that our service is still new, so problems like this may happen.


If you have problems with our great service or dont like it, stop talk and dont use it. We dont want you to use it, its your choice.

 

Will you keep deleting files after only 10 days? If you don't, I will gladly keep using Bitshare which I like a lot (when it's not having server problems) and has great payouts.

 

No we wont delete your files after 10 days. If there is problems, you should help us and give us your username, links or other information for example website you use to share/publish.

We dont ban users because of no reason. And if your username dont have any disable-message, then your account is not banned.

 

I sent you PM with my (probably banned) account details. Did you receive it?

 

yes, The reported deleted file is all those maybe didn't download for quite a while...
why does this apply to premium user? I thought those file is unlimited and store forever for premium user?
Also If my file is copyrighted, why only parts of the file is deleted?
example, I have 1 file splitted to 10 file, but only part 2,4,5,8 is deleted..........
This doesn;t make sense

Can you provide a more accurate date? I think you're playing with us... How difficult can be account unlocking? Especially when YOU disabled/banned it and I still have no reason why...

But how does it work the automatic payment? i enabled immediately the automatic payout 3 weeks ago (i already had 20$ at the time), but until now no payments... and ihave 100$ in my account...

 

bitshare will be the last filehost which i will use honestly.. so many problems ... so many deleted files.. sorry but this is not normal... i`m happy because i found this forum because in beganing i plan to buy 1 year membership but now i`m happy because....
