    Not sure if this is the case, but if you used an old domain with high PR and then switched the entire niche, it could be what is causing the indexing issue. If you are selling posts or links with PR, then your site has probably been flagged. You need to clean up the site to remove those links and then submit a reconsideration request with google.

    looks weird, indeed, PR6, 702 pages are indexed by Y and 0 by G...
    try to contact them or just wait a bit, it's definitely not a sandbox

    If you site is not internally well linked then it would be tough for search engines to crawl. Make sure that your website is well inter connected so that search engines can crawl it. Apart from that you can try to book mark your internal page. Try this and your internal pages will crawl for sure. :)

    i would recommend try to do some minor changes in ur onpage and do some tweet related to ur blog and submit those internal pages which are not index by Big G in to Ur Blog niche Rss dIR

    This is small tip and 100% work

    as Michaelvk said, both sitemaps are important..and an html sitemap is more important. Even Matt Cutts from Google recently said an HTML is MORE important than a xml:

    Wait and watch. It will take some time to indexed all the pages of website. You should keep building links for innerpages also to get them indexed.
