    I am looking for sites in high traffic niches ( online games for example ) or high competition ( insurance for example )

    any other niche is fine but it has to be either high exact traffic ( check on semrush.com ) or high potential value after considerable investment

    Like say you have a site ranking 75 or 60 for "payday loans" or anything else
