Hi Everybody,

My name is JohnTP and I blog at johntp.com . I think I first came to know about this forum when someone from here had linked my blog. Since then I wanted to join DP, but because of a kid called 'Thilak' (he is a member of this forum too), I could not join this forum earlier. Why?

Thilak created a username on DP with my name 'johntp' (a few months back). I have no idea why he did it, perhaps to defame me, and I came to know about this only a few weeks back when I tried to join this forum.

I knew it was Thilak who created the username 'johntp' as I was able to reset the password with his email address- thilak123@gmail.com

Thilak has bad name in this forum too as a Content theif and Scammer. Infact I first came to know about Thilak when he had stolen one of my articles and Dugg it!

I contacted Thilak yesterday and asked him to give the username 'johntp' to me but he created this username 'johntp.com' and gave. Later I came to know that the username 'johntp' was already banned!

I have no idea what Thilak did to get username 'johntp' banned. All I can say is he did it purposely to defame me. Incase you did not know, he is one of the worst people I have met online so far

I contacted DP forum and told them what had happened and asked them to give username 'johntp' to me , but no one replied so far

And this username 'johntp.com' was activated yesterday night. So here I am with no other option but to use this username. Well, that's my story

About me...I am 23 years old and a 1 year old Blogger who plans to be a part time Web Designer too.

I look forward to share and learn many things from you Guys and Gals

lol... thnx for the info... I have visited your blog a couple of times.. earlier.. and also saw johntp in RED yesterday or day before... and I thought.. a reputed guy like you Has a BAd behaviour perhaps...

I also know Thilak... I have had my disagreements wid him in the past too

That was Thilak who was online with username 'johntp' after I asked him to give me that DP username. I too noticed that 'johntp' was shown with RED color and found soon that the username was banned because of him

Anyways, I think I will continue with 'johntp.com' username. I just want DP members to know that 'johntp' was not me. It was Thilak who tried to defame me.

That said...let me take a look around DP

I dont know who Thilak is or who you are, but its easier if you have a new name... coz people wont mistake u with the old Red one... the moderators might reset your name... but users might still default you to the old one...
