    so at last , i suggest you a final object that is MPVCC.. (Multi Purposes Virtual Credit CArd)..

    if you can buy this from someone who is selling it... then you may not have any problems.

    MPVCC is a special Vcc , you can withdraw and upload funds easily.
    and if you find a real and trusted person selling MPvcc, must tell me then.
    i also need it.

    As paypal is not in Pakistan. I would prefer to go for CCs. And if you don't have any credit card. Better go for UBL Wiz card, thats actually a prepaid debit card, and process all the transactions on VISA network. Its quite simple and easy to get. :)
