adsense warning

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by ska_defender, Feb 3, 2011.

    Hello,
I recently relieved an email from adsense

My site is a type of directory where users submit there sites with their description
so my question is is there any script or software that detects the links(gambling, sex or anything I want) and delete those urls (redirect it to 404) ?

Normally, there is no such script that detects words. But there is one way, you can stop that words. Just you have to use some plugin to that directory script. Some plugin, like ignore words. That will help you.

You need to be cautious when dealing with adsense or else your account will be history!
Adsense always think about advertisers first and that's one of the reasons it has got the largest advertisers base in the world

there must be some problem with your site links. if you have any kind of link with the site related to sex, sex products, gambling etc can be a reason of banning your account. so i think avoid advertising on these type of linked sites.

on my site people also submit links and descriptions, I coded a script which emails me whenever one new post has some keywords in it (porn, casino, poker, etc)
I receive an email and then take action.
You can code such a script, then clean up your database then ask for a reconsideration request. I've had one site with disabled ads and then wrote to adsense saying the steps I took to correct the problem, and they have reinstated my site.

Lucky they didn't ban your site without any warning. You can always re-arrange your database.

Yea when it comes to any of the google products you have to be very careful. They have no problem banning an account if they find any issues with it. With or without warning.

They don't like directories. Remove their codes from all of your directories. Otherwise they can disable your account completely unless your directories have a good SE traffic.

if you are using directory script... I would suggest you to go.. Go to your database. Search for the keyword/string : casion, gambling.. and delete all those link right away!
