I'm not sure where you're getting your information from, i wish i could sell my sites for x32, but in reality it won't happen unless its a very high quality site!

I thought the standard was x10 not x25 or even x32...

 

standard is x12 imo, however it all depends on the quality, amount of work required to put in, and how it earns the revenue.
