    Do i need to have a website of my own to promote e-mail submit campaigns?

    I want to be paid on each e-mail that was submitted and confirmed but i do not have a website ready , Do you know any website which offers this without me needing a site?

    I would say you need a website yes, or networks will suspect you as a spammer posting links to campaigns without your website if that makes sense.

    It is hard to say, some advertisers sell your details some just send over emails. It is important that you check the terms of service.
