    This Contest holder has stolen mine, and other designers work. I urge those designers who have had their work stolen
    to contact his Domain Registar, and WebHost to have your work removed.

    His Registar is Godaddy. They take this kind of abuse very seriously.
    His Webhosting Company is NovaHost.com

    He has no intention of paying this money to the designers. After getting my first Cease and Desist letter, he changed his
    registered information on Godaddy to private to keep other people from finding out his information.

    I have contacted my lawyer and will be seeking 5000.00 USD in damages + lawyer fees against Mr Alan Craker.

    His host suspended his site, and he removed the image using someone elses

    Now he added some elements to my image thinking that gets him around the copyright.

    He is wrong and he is going to pay.
