I get angry when anybody will not arrive at the agreed time. But i am trying to control it. And I have read that " thought stopping" really helps. What you will do is to just stop everything- every thought and count 1-100...then do breathing exercises. I tried it and it worked. try it.
not arriving on time makes me angry. but i have learn to curb my anger by cognitive behavioral therapy like "thought stopping'.
I become angry when someone wakes me up from a good dream when only the climax part is remaining lol.
