PAypal Account Limited

Hi All,

One of my friend's PP account has been limited. He has not logged in from the past 5 months. Today when he logged in, and tried to request for a cheque, it said "You cannot Request a Cheque because your account has been limited"

He was in shock and checked that they have asked him
1. Changed Password
2. Update Security Questions
3. Verify CC info.

The 1st two of them he has completed. But for the CC thing, his CC on PP acc was expired and removed about 3 months back.

When he tried to add a new CC, he was shown the message that his account has been limited and he cud not add a CC.

Now, it also says - alternate ways,

Confirm Bank Acc
Upload Photo Id
Upload CC statement

SInce we know, PP has removed confirm by Bank acc, but they are so idiotic not to have updated their site.

He wants to know, how he can get his acc limit removed just by adding a CC.

Also, if he does not do anything, will PP automatically send the cheque in MArch 2011, owing to the fact that the New PP rule will be implemented in MArch and also the PP limitation will complete 180 days in MArch.

Your opinions might help my friend to get his money from Idiotic PP and their stupid rules.

best way is to call them to skype , call is FREE.. talk with them, so they will know your serious with that, they will tell you exactly the easiest way to do.
