    Hi this is Sabuj Ahmed,
    I am in problem with my web site alexa ranking. I am regularly applying some off page SEO tactic for my site. But I can't improve my site alexa rank. Day by day it reduce. So I need help to improve my alexa rank.
    In addition: my site is Sromobazar.com is about online jobs, overseas education and scholarship info service site.

    Why do you care about Alexa ranking? It has no influence over ranking is search engines, and can be easily manipulated.

    alexa rank works with visitor count and pageviews. it considers people who have alexa toolbar installed only.

    in general if you can have a better pageview per user you can get a better alexa rank.

    In my personal opinion, you dont need to worry about the Alexa Rank, as it is moving on on-going basis. Just keep on putting your efforts and you will see, the rank will improve in due course of time. Best wishes as well.

    for alexa ranking you should try to updates your site/blog daily and also focus on the seo activity of the same.. surely you will going to see rise in alexa rankings.

    alexa is not accurate, so i don't think you should consider it.. alexa results is based on the number people installed alexa toolbar..

    download alexa status bar fro alexa dot com and daily open your site for 1 - 2 hours then automatically your alexa ranking will start down

    Alexa.com is full of BS! Totally reliable system page ranking and traffic stats! Easy to manipulate your page rank, download and install the Alexa toolbar, then browse the pages of your own web site and see your page rank better in 50,000 or more. Unless the site is in the Top 1000, all data from Alexa is a load of crap! Not recommended for use as a basis for performance web site that is!

    Alexa Rank is based on the traffic of your site right? So drive more traffic to your site, make an informative and unique content which readers will enjoy. In this case, your Alexa might increase. Link Building also helps for driving more traffic...

    Alexa Rank depends on site traffic so improve your traffic. I think installing alexa toolbar will also helps you.

    To improve your Alexa ranking, you should either:

    1) Increase the amount of traffic to your site

    or

    2) Download the Alexa toolbar and spend all day surfing your site, maybe getting your friends to do the same

    That aside, Alexa ranking is pretty worthless (especially considering #2).
