I have a email website front-end complete and i just need the back-end coded. I need someone who is good with PHP and MYSQL. The website requires users to create accounts. The website basically allows users to send emails to contact lists that they specify. Nothing of the back-end is done at all. It needs a lot of programming to be finished. I am looking to pay someone fairly for this because I know it is a lot of work and I just don't have the time to do it.
