and her keywords is
Technology, Business, Internet, Telecom, Gadgets, Mobiles, Science, Fashions News & Reviews, information technology, breaking story

then please guide me step by step how can improve my sites page rank with these keywords.

 

Forget about PR. What you need to work on is boosting your site ranking and traffic. To achieve that, you need to build lots of quality backlinks through forum posting, article submission, link exchange, etc.
