Question : how to come up in google for a keyword ?

how to come up in google for a keyword ? for example my domain name in

stockat.com and i want to come up for stock news ,,when i write an article ,my article

must contain stock or stock news or it can be anything but i linked to my site in

article ? or i must use stock news in title and descriptions ?

what about other techniques ?

2.Using the keyword "Stock news" in your meta tag.(Not more than 5 times).
3.Most importantly, use it in the description or excerpt.

Its not necessary to keep the keyword in your title. Till how long will you use the same keyword for your title?
