Can Yahoo help you with Google?

I've heard that if you pay the fee to Yahoo to be able to get a link from them it can really help your rankings in Google. Is this true? Is there anyway you can use Yahoo to help your rankings in Google??

 

First time i'm hearing of such a thing maybe you can elaborate.....

I'm not sure what the question is. You can pay to get in the Yahoo Directory which gives you a link which may assist on your google ranking but that's all I can think of from the top of my head. I think the OP needs to clarify the question being asked.

 

I have never heart such thing ya but one thing is fact if you have your website listed in Yahoo directory, then you will get good worth for your site in Google as may be have PR increment, Good backward link and your link Title keyword visibility improvement in Google SERPs.

 

yes one or more good backlink from yahoo helps yor site to take better position in google, that is true.
if you can make such power backlinks from other sites, it has also the same effect.

This is absoultely false..i think its just a rumor.

 

If your talking about the Yahoo Directory, it will. it takes time though, about a year.

 

Even if you do pay yahoo it will take a long time for them to add you into their index. It's much better to do on page and off page seo than buying link to their directory.

some times it happened, if your ads are running on yahoo means some traffic are coming from yahoo search engine, your google organic ranking can be changed due to traffic.
