I like the concept but the logo is a bit too much! I like to keep it simple, not too much fuss, not too many letters!

No capitals please! I like the first top concept, the BW with the partial "A" before alex. Something like that was cool! Darker reds and blues please, also more 2.0-ish!

I'm growing tired of the "a'' with the 84 in it! It's REALLY not working for me! Please see post 20 for something that is more on the right track for a symbol! Your fonts are THE BEST though, please do not change

The font is too thick and the eigthy-four lettering is not looking very good for me! Overall the logo is too plain!

the "icon" before alex84 is too feminine, maybe it's the shape of it, but it sort of looks like a logo for a women's TV network here in North America. Nothing wrong with it, just not my taste! Bteween the 2 tries, the one on the top looks better! Please work on the font coloring and follow the progress in this thread!

NOW WE'RE GOING SOMEWHERE!!! The had a lot of potential! THERE is one set of fonts I like and it is in POST 17, both the alex and 84 in their different formats are of perfect font. Your colour scheme is near perfect
Please make the 84 bigger, same font size at post 17, and the 84 in the symbol you designed should be the same font as the text. Try adding a faded horizontal line reflection to see how that would fit in. The Symbol has potential and needs some work! I need it to be more "inspiring", maybe take the "a" out of the circle and do something else different, add some thing, but keep the 84 in the circle! Maybe some a slight noise effect like in post 5! So far so good!

Thanks for the input! The concept is overdone already and the font is unsuitable! Please follow the progress in the thread and if you can come up with a neater concept, even better!

I appreciate the time and effort you put into this, but they're too busy, big and have the wrong color scheme! Please make them neater and more compact! It's supposed to look more discrete!

 

I can't stress how important it is to make a logo that really stands out!

I want something that when you look at it, IT GIVES YOU SHIVERS OF CONFIDENCE, goose bumps and an AWE of amazement, creativity and INGENUITY, a logo with a look that strikes!

Come on, let's see some brain picking and some skillful creations!

 

Now we're talking, something different! The interesting "A" on the top, can it be moved on either the left or the right of "alex", please make all letter in non-caps, and 84 more visible, same font in red adn do your magic on the 84 part with something similar or different to what you did to "a"! I like the blink shine on the "a'' looks nice!

Looks better! Can you add more 2.0 feel to it, like reflections? The 84 in the circle thing, can you make it a straight font as opposed to following the round shape? What else can you do for shapes??

Can you please take out the stoke on the text? As for the rounded "A", can you make a 3D circle with 84 in it(use this font for 84 in the circle please), and the circle is tilted from the right side, backwards? I think that would look neat!

I like it, the first one better than the second one! The first one has more of an shield look to it! Both are too "Asian styling influenced" if you know what I mean, like Asian writing!
Can you please try something more different, see more in the lines of what Tightwad is coming up with! Thank you!

I just read my latest feedback to your design and I realized that I didn't include the link for the font I wanted you to use for the 84 bit in the circle! I can't find that link again due to the damn browser deleting history but it was a stencil font! I like it, can you tilt the circle and 84 the other way, to the left, and please make them both tilt the same way!

Edit: Please remove the circular "A"

Can you do another concept besides the one when I told you to make the 84 and the circle tilt the same way on the left, but this time make the circle tilt opposite the way you did above with straight facing font! I like to compare tilted text vs non tilted with the circle! Please save this concept you just did, above, for reference and we'll compare it to the other 2 you'll make with the tilted and non-tilted 84, with the circle tilted from the left back, opposite to what it is now!
