Somehow we will manage or forced to use paypal with these changes...

Mainly im worried about this word: receipt of confirmation

    # Any balance in and all future payments into your PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the goods or services; and

Rightnow this option was not there..if it implements then we need to wait confirmation from the buyer..simply they are implementing pay after work option

Why not? I find it easy and safer than using PayPal. :D
I pay my bills mostly using VCC created by my HDFC Bank.

Lots of people are in same situation, including me. I have read all the discussion here and finally found that I need to have a credit card to continue online business. I've just contacted some friends to know which bank is better for credit card.
Someone suggested here ICICI Bank issues credit card through FD of 20,000 Rs. You can go through first page and note down whatever makes you interest.

for me paying won't be a problem,as i can pay via VCC,but what about receiving money?if i have to transfer money every 7days a lot of money will be wasted in conversion/transfer fees for small amounts;so i am considering a paypal alternative.

Anybody can suggest a good paypal alternative?

Some funny tweets found on the WWW.

    - Let's open Swiss bank account!
    - PayPal and RBI are the best couple ever!
    - We definitely need Paypal alternate or an RBI alternate for god sake!
    - Paypal must have forgot to bribe RBI officials.

First thing i do tomorrow morning is to get an FD credit card, that is one best option, i will switch to wire transfer and never look again at paypal. RBI and Paypal both S**k, they are suppose to facilitate things, but they always rob us of our money and peace!:mad:

Well, The intentions of our govt is pretty clear, they wish to receive more foreign exchange and charge us more tax, We can definitely sort out alternatives to escape from tax, but i have a few questions.
How about creating a US Paypal account, use it for receiving money from clients / sending money to staff / buying things online / paying hosting or other bills. Now taking the rest to our Indian bank account that's ready for withdrawal.
Are there any restrictions for Creating a US paypal account if we use a VPN etc for operating?

Secondly, Does american bank or HSBC Let users create US Bank account without Social Security Number?

Good Idea. But you know you need to remove the Limit from your PayPal account and for that you need to make your PayPal verified. What is the process you will follow to verify that PP account?

You can use a VCC to verify the account. Not an issue. Just find out if they need SSN or Other restrictions.
The $500 Limit is nothing, you can send 500 to your Indian acc whenever you want to withdraw the money.

Yes, That's the major worry,if they track down the use of VPN etc, then only.
