Hello, I think all of them are quite good brands. I see my friend using his compaq notebook over 2 years without any problem. Toshiba might be good for you, I find its products robust and quality. Make a price&performance comparison. Hope this helps a little.
Macbook is my top notebook and nothing can match it. if you are bit conservative, go for toshiba or vaio. i have had my toshiba for about 5yrs and its as good as new. it well worth the money. The most important thing in laptops is consider long battery backups. With macbooks, you get 10hr backup and other notebooks cant even match half of it. With that being said, a macbook air costs about inr 60k.
Hi dell and toshiba are good. compaq has some hard drive failure issues (my two friends got hard disk failure in compaq lap) I'm using dell.
If you are looking for a Windows Operating System I would go with Toshiba. You will find that they have a great cost to power ratio in their products. Though I do think a MacBook is a great idea as well, if you do not mind taking the venture into the Apple World.
Firstly, look at your required configuration in your laptop like hard disk,RAM and processor. Then see the prices and i am using Sony Vaio. Its one of the best laptop. If you have to choose from 3 that you show upward, then i think Lenovo is the better option.
good suggestion! almost forgot about Dell. Here are the best notebooks in order.. * Macbook * Dell * Toshiba * Vaio * HP * Compaq / Lenovo * Acer + others BTW, try netbooks they are pretty interesting and it may suit your budget.
my toshiba has great specs but is a comple fail as i have had like 50bsod since i bought it in oct 2009 my sisters toshiba has been working fince since 2006, so i guess mine was a dud. I am an advanced used too and have even sent it to toshiba. I think try something else other than toshiba, as their battery life tends to be bad, i just leave it plugged in.
In my opinion don't go for Compaq or HP, because their after sales services are pathetic. I think you can go for Dell, Lenovo, HCL. Visit Dell Official Website and choose a laptop that best suites your need.
