Need Honest Suggestion / Your Opinion on a Website

    Hey guys,

    I have started a new website (Flickpool Dot Com) where you add videos and get views, how this works is for visitors it provides with tons of video content which they can view for entertainment and promoters can submit their videos and get paid for each unique view they get on the video (Note : Earning Feature for Webmaster is not ready yet).

    But the thing is i guess this sites looks quite decent (That's my opinion) but it does not catches the eye of a new visitor at the first place, so could guys please take a look at it and can you suggest me things that, when implemented, might catch attention of vistors? i mean some cool features that might rock up the site? if you have anything, anything in mind, then i would be more than glad to hear it and if good enough then would gladly implement it.

    It's well designed and looks nice but it could do with a bit more color, even if it's only by changing the black on the menu bar to something less black.
