    Many of my sites on network have changed PR. Some dropped some went up. But the main surprise was about one site that from PR0 become PR4 :)

    Then you're wrong. PR was the biggest factor in ranking a while ago but now-a-days, it's really matters. Still any doubts, create a new thread, you'll come to know.
