shall i change my innerpage url ?

i am doing seo for one site i am planning to change that site inner page url . if i change inner page url means its effects that site backlinks ? thanks in advance

 

If you do permanent redirect to new url then there is no effect of back links

 

I think it effects your website ranking,because if you change the url and it does not have any backlinks then obvious;y it degrades your site..

if you have worked on current inner url and have created back link then you should not change your inner url because you will not get profit before work.

 

You don't think of changing the url of the inner page.It will affect obviously the traffic and the ranking of the website.
