Not so sure. It basically depends on the number of followers/fans you have.

 

I would say the answer to that is a definate Yes!
I use FB daily to get visitors to my site. Its much easier to get people to click on your links as you can add photos, videos, screenshots to your links to encourage people to visit your site.
Twitter is ok for posting links but alot of people don't view twitter posts in as much detail as FB posts.

Its also much easier to personalize FB and interact with prospects.

Yeah, I agree, they're different, some people say Facebook because it has 500 million members, but that's irrelevant since you CAN'T reach those 500 million, so it depends.

You can buy ads on Facebook, make community pages / fan pages / etc. on Facebook, etc. Just seems like Facebook offers a lot more possibilities.

 

Depends on if you are buying traffic. Facebook ADs are way better than Twitter because you pay per click. But, you potentially have a greater reach with twitter providing your followers are actually interested in what you have to say and aren't just following you because you are following them.

If you want to talk about Quality of Traffic Both the Site has, Then For sure Facebook has Better Quality of traffic.
But Twitter has much effective Traffic as If you want instant visitors in your Site, then Twitter is Good. In this case Facebook Takes bit time to provide you Traffic..

 

The most important thing is if you want to draw traffic to your website you need BOTH. AND not ONLY these, LinkedIn, Blog - all these things combine draw quality traffic, with potential customers.

 

in my opinion FB is great for traffic because people can easily click on your links.
You can add your website content,pictures which can attract people to come on your website.

 

Its not that easy as you are saying Buddy!!! And Ratio of Getting traffic from FB in compare to Twitter is Very Slow and low.
But Yes, FB Traffic is much more valuable than Twitter.

 

Twitter is good for Instant traffic. Facebook is good only, if you have good fan following.

 

Friends are also very useful, if you know how to convince them to follow your promotions..
