    really clear, just use a font a bit more big (as 2 point more), your first page looks too empty at right and the white text surrounded by black background looks like an old and sad ssh shell :p

    No label for categories
    I don't like dark background.. it makes your site look dull, try to get bright colors for your blog theme.
    Show snippet of your blog post on main page instead full contents.

    No, still not looking so professional.

    Try to Google "free SEO friendly wordpress themes", I'm sure you will come across at least 10 nice professional look theme that you can use for free.

    The reason why I asked you to show snipped on main page is because you can reduce the bounce rate. Users need to click one page deep to read more about their interest topic. This will drastically reduce your bounce rate and will increase conversion rate (if you have some adsense ads in future).

    I think the banner needs some work. Content seems pretty good after a quick scan but the theme also needs some work, maybe choose a nicer one.
