Analysis of traffiic of my website. Is it ok?

I have a blog www.prekshabansal.com and getting 50 to 60 visitors every day. It is a 2 months old site with 180 posts. I want to know my traffic is ok or I should have more traffic with this site and visitors bounce rate is 60 to 70%. is it ok? please help me

Yeah, that blog looks nice, informative, professional, clean and well-arranged. I don't feel like having hit a spam can when I'm on it and that is definitely a plus. As for bounce rate, the lower the better (for traffic it's the other way round of course). Anyway, 1.5k uv's a month is quite low so you should work on that but seeing that the blog started around October, I think that's quite ok.

Just wondering, are you doing this for fun or for the money? Because I can't find any form of monetization. And are you targeting any special keywords?

 

I think that for such a young blog your traffic is very good.

Well, you're right that you don't have to monetize a site from the first day but since it already receives 50 uv's+ a day and OP was specifically asking about traffic then the logical conclusion comes to mind "what do you need traffic for if you don't monetize it" (unless of course you're just doing this as a hobby/for fun). That's why I was asking.

bounce rate of 60 to 70% is bad for your site. It seems the visitors of your site doesn't stay longer than 10seconds

 

This bounce rate is ok. As for 50 to 60 visitors every day, it is also ok for a a 2 months old site, unless you have invested a lot of time in those 180 posts and expected something more.

 

The bounce rate should be less than 50%, the lower better, visitors for the 2 months old site are OK. To attract more visitors you have add more relecvant content in your site.

 

Check the google analytics and learn a way to check the traffic of your site , it may have a little code that should be copy on the pages of your site to track that by google,

The bounce rate seems pretty high considering the relative low level of traffic, I wouldn't mind a high bounce rate on a high level or traffic since you'll still be converting a large amount of visitors in absolute terms

Thanks for your suggestions. Now bounce rate is coming down and visitors are increasing, Now I am getting near about 100 visitors a day. Any suggestions how to increase visitors?

 

Do on-page and off-page. Concentrate on social networking, Bookmarking... Definitely you will drive your traffic
