    You can either hire an affiliate manager
    or recruit affiliates yourself.

    No one's going to be your marketer
    for only 10% of your profits.

    I think 10% is not enough, if you can give at least 30% it wont be difficult to find some one, and you have to tell what kind of products you are selling .

    What are your current earning sources? Do you have any stats for your current income level? That might help people decide if they want to invest time and money on your site. 10% does sound less but if your site is doing good ...
