    Three things stand out for me... love the layout and theme. Looks good.
    I would change it to Foods that Heal and Foods that Kill.... it flows better off the tongue. I had to read it twice to get it right.
    Your first paragraph even starts out with Foods...

    In the second article you say...In order to keep fit and healthy all you need is a healthy a diet that is nutritious and fat free.

    I disagree with the fat free... low fat maybe... but nowadays... not fat free.

    Don't forget to put your meta info in...
