    Seems to me that you need to add e cigarette wholesale, e cigarette wholesale suppliers, bulk e cigarette purchase, buy e cigarette to your keywords... something in this nature. There is nothing on the keywords to suggest or rank for the wholesale purchase.

    I would also re- do your first copy-
    There is not enough of a hook or why should I stay on your page in these first two lines... you only have my attention for 3 seconds when I land on your page. Make your headline better.

    Maybe something like- BEST Deals on Wholesale E-Cigarettes around- We guarantee it!

    I don't care right off about who your are a subsidiary from... what can you do for me and why should I buy from you?

    I would suggest you to change your website design also, Because it's very boring theme. If you want to do SEO of your website then start Directory Submission, Social Bookmarking and Update your website with a unique content.

    I don't understand why the products are showing a new browser window.

    I'd add an information about the purpose of the site.
    You could get a US phone number through Skype. That would be easier if your clients are mainly from the US.
    I have a skype number since 2006. It costs about 50 euros/year.
