These are small alternatives: CPXinteractive, GGNCPM, Fidelity (reliable rates imo), TrafficRevenue (always paid on time)

 

Burstmedia has no condition , anyone can join just like smowtion ...

CPXInteractive and XtendMedia are pretty good, you gotta try different ad banners in multiple positions to see which one can earn you more.

1. Trafficrevenue - Good pay, almost all countries, counts only Unique visits, $5 payout instant within 24 hours, Paypal
2. Beemediagroup - Good CPM Rate, Fill ratio too good, $1 payout.

If you have good blogs with decent amount of visitors then apply accordingly to your blog visitors.
