    Who told you that your site is banned by google . did you purchased new domain name or purchased a developed site .

    If you purchased a domain/site and received the message from adsense team than you have to ask them to how you can uplift ban but it is not soo easy ..

    If you got google e-mail, just do everything it told you, if they don't send you e-mail, then you need to check your website by yourself first, blackhat seo? virus? hosting unstable? Then send Google Adsense an e-mail and tell them every detailed thing, then wait.

    if your account got banned for bad clicks...then you are out of luck....try to get new account with different domain name

    The only way is go appeal but the chance to get back your account is low
