How to put a survey on a homepage?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone here can help me.

I'm starting my own personal business and would like to create a very simple homepage on which there will be a simple survey.

The survey is for me to gauge what sort of items I shall be stocking, I have a list already just want to see what the people truly wish to hire.

Just to clarify, I just want to have a survey on my homepage ready for the viewer to select what they want.

    Cheers.

Trying using the free Google Docs form function. You create the form through Google Spreadsheets and then can embed the survey into your site with code that the form generates.

The reason I like it is that it is free, simple and aggregates data nicely and auto generates graphs.

    Here ya go: http://docs.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=87809
