Has anyone advertised on facebook and had results?

I haven't got a single sale but I got almost 100k impressions for less than $12 which isn't bad but I won't keep going if I don't get a single sign up, I am going to start now and try a coupon and see how that works out.

I have used it in the past did get sales for a client, but the cost per conversion was way too high.
It is improving all the time though,at quite a fast pace too.
