Facebook have finally 'switched me over' to the new 'improved profile'. I find now that if I 'like' something, it is not posted to my wall for others to see. So no benifit in updating on my 'Holiday Gites page' & then liking it on my personal page (which used to send it out to my friends who in turn..........) Hang on that's social networking, well it used to be! I put a link in my 'new profile' to my site & all it does is take you to a blank page on FB with my web URL I've not yet worked out how to get around this (or if I can). Any one else managed it?
There is definitely pro's and con's to the new FB profile. Overall I think they have done a reasonable re-design. Most people though don't visit profile pages.
There are still flaws on this new Profile in facebook especially the used to be link shares which is I think gone now and I have a hard time looking for the links I shared before. Anyone noticed it?
