    I am selling this amazing website build on exact domain MerrellBoots.org. As you probably know it is very easy to rank well with exact domain(I rank on the first site for many competitive niches with less than 20 links).

    The niche is Merrell boots which has 33000 broad searches and 12000 exact searches per month according to Google Keyword Tool. The estimated CPC is $2.

    The website is already build with unique content and design which gets very good AdSense CTR.

    The website is completly new and has no traffic and no revenue.

    You are probably wondering why am I selling that goldmine. The reason is simple - I have found really a lot of hot niches and I have registred few dozens of domains and I'm out of money to develope them(I need to pay for content etc.) so I decided to build one and sell it to get some capital.

    Update: BIN is reduced to $40 and website is already indexed and ranking on 9th page of Google (it is less than a week old and has only 5 links from social bookmarking sites, with few links from EzineArticles and GoArticles it will rank on first page!!)
