Short answer, you won't find any "good" SEO Company which offers pay after results for a number of reasons.

The risk of fraud is to great, we rank your site and you disappear. Most SEO's use a portion of the fee to invest in content creation, link campaigns etc so this would have to come out of the SEO's pocket and they are working at a loss until you pay.

Also, it's far more profitable to apply the same SEO to one of our sites and start earning revenue before you start paying and continue earning long after the job is complete.
