Do i need Google Reconsideration ?

    As you know there is an option for requesting Google Reconsideration about indexing problems or sometimes about penalties by Google.

    Most of site's pages are indexed in google, but one of my most popular pages is not in google index ! I made enough backlink to this page, and i have waited enough ! but i can't find this page on google yet !

    Unfortunately many of competitor sites, made a copy of my article to their site and now their pages are in top google results, but mine .... It's really annoying for me !

    What should i do ? Today i saw Google Reconsideration. Does it match to my needs ? or this is for different things ? What's the solution ?
    This is a Non English website.

    You don't need to resubmit. However google may have discounted your page for another reason. Might be worth emailing them to check.

    How long has this page been out of the SERPS? What was your ranking before, what is it now? Is it in the Google dance?

    2 Months ! Before that my ranking was well in first page for related keywords, but it's not in google at all. By the way, What is Google Dance ? everybody use this expression, i don't know the meaning.

    no use. best solution is copy the page to another url, for example

    your page is example.com/page1.html
    change to example.com/page2.html
    and make a 301 from page1 -> page2

    If you are sure that you haven't done anything wrong then yes you can ask for Google reconsideraton
