    Probably use social bookmarking. That is pretty visible and while it doesn't carry much weight in the search engines, it will get you crawled and get you some rankings if done in the long run.

    I don't think SMO can help in getting indexed in Google. Because most of the SM sites are nofollow so they can bring mere traffic to your site and wont help in Google indexing

    Get backlinks from high pr sites or from social bookmarking sites. Also create XML sitemap & submit it to Google webmaster tool to index your website

    Add your site in Google at here google.com/addurl . Create html and xml sitemaps upload it on site and submitting in google webmaster tool. And at last makes robots.txt file and upload it on site's root directory. Your work now complete and wait for some days.
