Avatar Website

I had the site for a while and been slowly adding new avatars on http://www.createavatar.org - create avatar . I need some reviews to see which areas of a site can be improved.
Also, what would you recommend to get user activity? There are quite a few users, but no too many are commenting and uploading avatars, everybody just downloads the avatars and that's it. Not even sure why they register.

I like it but it does need more style to it. It is nice and simple but get some more zing to it.

I like it. It's a good idea. At the main page it's a little confusing what to do. The ads stand out too much. Also the UI could use some style improvements when chosing one of the avatars.

 

Its look goods ,great design ,i like very much and cool ideas......
