Selling 10 year old Mortgage domain w/ custom design.

I bought this domain for $250 a while back, and spent $400 on the design as I was going to do some mortgage lead gen. Well, as you can see the project got put on the backburner.

It has a nice aged domain, and a solid design. Shouldn't do too bad with some work.

What left to finish up to make this a working site?
Who are you forwarding the leads to? And how much do you get paid for each lead?

 

Real content needs to replace the lorem ipsum text. The form needs to be set up to handle leads. Whether that's integration with a CRM, or just a simply emailing the captured data.
As the site was not finished, we weren't actively collecting leads and had no one specific they were going to. CPA's I've seen range from $15 - $40. If you are willing to make a couple phone calls to brokers, negotiating a % of closed loan amount is a realistic option.

 

That's a kick ass design and cool form (especially the javascript) for a mortgage landing page. GI really hope you get your asking price for this and it sucks you are taking such a hit on the sale.

 

Is this site still available? Can you give me details as to who pays you for the leads?
