How to get a verified paypal account for non-us residents.

Hey guys, paypal is becoming more popular with time, more and more sites accepts paypal as payment for their services, us, webmasters, find ourself in the obligation to get a paypal account to do our web businesses, like paying for dp forum members services for example, or to buy domains and hosting, etc etc, therefor, we not only need a paypal account, we need a "verified" paypal account, but not all of us have the chance to do so, becouse maybe we are not in a country listed by paypal, so what to do in such situation?
Well i did some research over the internet and i wanted to share what i found with you guys, there is nothing for me here, so im not trying to advertise a service(except maybe for the link in my signature )
One solution i thought was that maybe i could open a us bank account online, or by other means that wont require that i go to the US, and that way i could verify a paypal account, so did some research on it and i found many sites claiming to get you a us bank account....for a small fee :/ , reading a little bit more i discovered that all they do was to give you some links and guides to do it, links and guides about the bank that accepts us bank accounts for non-us residents that you could get for free if you just search a little bit harder, so, after doing some research i found out that what this so called bank is nothing more and nothing less than etrade, what this site offers is the possibility to open a "brokerage account" for non-us residents, now take a good look at this term, it is supposed to be an account to make investments, but it also works as a checking account, and you dont have to do investments or anyting , so all you have to do is to open the account and then you can verify your paypal account with this etrade account. Now, this is very important, im not trying to get clients to etrade, i dont get nothing out of it, this is not illegal as far as i know, but if it is please delete this post, my intention is to share some information, and not to incitate people to do illegal activities, also notice that this is a "do it at your own risk" thing, dont blaim me if something goes wrong , you can do your own research, however if you have some questions please post them here and if i know the answer ill share it with you, also if you have some other ideas about how to get a verified paypal account for non-us residents please share with us.

 

I am non US resident and I have a verified account since last 1.5 years

And I think paypal allows non US residents to signup.

 

Ofcourse PayPal allows international users... I'm verified and non US resident...

I ment for people that is not living in the paypal country list.

I opened an eTrade Brokerage account and got a credit card,
verified them in paypal, but my PayPal account got limited because I was entering it from Armenia (a country not from the paypal country list).
They detected my country IP and even after entering expanded use numbers, my account became limited.

Can you help me remove the limitation?
Do you know, how can I change my IP to a US one
or you can suggest another solution?

I have read somewhere about people with the same kind of problem, i think i even saw that some people sells paypal accounts from the us, they claim that they will give you a verifies us account with a us ip, so my guess is that they also give you a proxy software so that you connect to paypal using this proxy, for example if you use a free usa proxy you can navigate internet as if you where in usa, with a usa ip, but to use it for paypal, i dont know, my guess and comon sence tells me it brakes paypal rules.
About your problem with the limitation, if you got a verified paypal and you can actually use it, i think is good, even with the limitation, i guess this limitation will extend in time (because its verified account), but im afraid i cant really help you with that, like charless said, maybe you could contact paypal directly (with the chance to get your account banned...unless you write them anonimously?).

Please dont try any of your own stunts whlile trying to get verified by paypal.If it does not fall within the paypal set of rules,you may end up in loosing your paypal funds.So if you have any serious doubt while being in another country other than what paypal offers, you must then contact paypal to clear your doubts.
