Advice on Website Analysis tools?

    I am assigned to analyze the company website to find out how to SEO optimize it, but I am in serious lack of good analysis tools! Can you help me out?

    Need tools to extract this data;
    1. Link equity distribution
    Need to find out how relevance is distributed thorough the site so I remap the linking and optimize link juice to SEO pages.

    2. Google bot frequency
    How often are the individual pages visited by the google bot? Need it to measure with visitor data and delete pages not relevant. And/or reoptimize.

    2. Keyword density

    Any other ideas on data that would be relevant? Many thanks in advance!

    If you have a Google Webmasters Tools account , you can view Google crawl rate through the account in the Dashboard - Settings screen. Googlebot activity is a feature which shows you the number of pages Googlebot crawled from your site per day. Check out the SEO book toolbar to find keyword density.

    Thanks! Great tools, very powerful combination with Webmasters Tools and SEOQuake.
    Although Google Webmaster Tools doesn't track GoogleBot visits on individual pages.

    Idea: Maybe I can just scan visitor user agents for the GoogleBot user agent, and push in as an extra parameter in Google Analytics? Will google hate this? (I know they hate storing of visitor IP in analytics...)
    Maybe just track it in an external mysql database or something.. hmmm...

    Things would be easy if you have access to Google Webmaster and Google Analytics (if installed).

    Other than that, I would suggest SEOQuake (but SEOQuake is showing some funny results and not working with Firefox recently)

    Try your luck with Chrome.
