My ads are not running

I just posted an ad in my adwords and after a while it stopped running though it is still approved..

Thinking..........

 

well may be there are no ads available in publishers system for the current content on which page you are trying to run your ads. wait for few minutes and it might turn on back.

Is there any information on your account about the issue?? You can check this in cloud next to the keyword or you can use ads diagnostic tools which is in opportunities tab.

 

diagnostic tools tell "keyword don't trigger" but he don't tell more about reason.

 

Now, Still it don't work!

 

I don't agree with you. Diagnostic tool can tell you what is the problem. For example can tell you which keywords are not active and what you should do to active them. It can tell you that maybe you have double keyword on your account and this is the main reason paused campagne. Or the budget is too small so not all your keywords can appear on search result.

 

@amorousman - can you write something more about the problem?? Budget is on your account?? It is possible that your ads are approving by Google support and this can take for a while. I think that because you wrote that you started campaing and then everything has been stopped. If is not your fault you should write to Google support with request to check and approve your account.

 

They might be investigating your account.

 

check you balance first either you have any balance or not???

May b you are not having enough balance in your account. You can buy Adwords vouchers at a cheap price (75$ worth voucher just for 6$) and use them for your ads. Also check the keywords once.

My understanding is that vouchers can only be used on new accounts.. At least that is what the terms of use say.. Has anyone been able to use more than one on an account unless it was few and far between..

 

make sure theyre not investigsting ur accnt...did u do anything suspicious?

 

me too get same problem, try to open this into chrome browser. it will definitely show.

 

use chrome browser? i dont think so !!! if everyting is okey , your ads , keywords are all okey and approved and dont start to show , i think google wait a clear payment , you have to send your billing info and the big point is you probably use a MMC client account whick you have to pay adwords a few buck which will trigger your ad to show...

 

we have the same issue that he is facing right now. when i try chrome browser its shows the adds. I think he should try at least once.
