    Would have a lot to do with the likelihood of being able to maintain that pagerank after the sale. Seems like there is no way to guarantee that.

    99.9% of sites PR6+ around here are dropped domains so it is just a guess, maybe their is a .009% chance I am wrong but I doubt it.

    PR8 it is good but it's need to consider how such high PR was obtained, will it be lost due to the next PR update?
    If tomorrow Google finally will update PR - some owners of similar domains/websites will loose a lot of money :cool:

    And the most important - for the domain you can request $5000 and above if it's valuable by itself.
    Only high PR can not guarantee a high price for the domain, especially if it's the one as I've described above.
